With the release of his first solo album in seven years, Elton John has been making the rounds of the talk shows to promote his new album The Diving Board. The Diving Board, produced by T Bone Burnett, features 12 new songs written by Elton and his longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin, as well as three piano interludes composed by the artist. For tonight's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Elton will be interviewed by the late night host followed by an intimate performance of "Home Again" (from the new disc). Jimmy Kimmel’s additional guest tonight will be Emily VanCamp from ABC’s hit show, “Revenge.”
Over the last few weeks, Elton recorded a live version of "Home Again" at USC with Student Choir & Orchestra and he also performed "Home Again" and "I'm Still Standing" on The Ellen Show. All of these videos are below:
Elton John is currently out on tour and will be playing Madison Square Garden on Dec. 3rd and 4th. Tickets are on sale and range from $49.50 - $179.50.
