The Whitney Museum coninues its series of Friday night performances with DJ Scientific and Dana Leong.
Remixer extraordinaire Elan Vytal (a.k.a. DJ Scientific) and multi-instrumentalist Dana Leong lead a hip-hop driven electronic music exploration of compassion and counterculture. Accompanied by a troupe of dancers and musicians, DJ Scientific and Leong embody the essence of the collective energy and spirit in the face of one of the most violent periods of American history. Presented in conjunction with SOZO.
Next Friday, Dirty Projectors perform reconstructions and reinterpretations of Black Flag's Damaged album.
The Whitney is located at 945 Madison Avenue (@ 75th Street) and the show starts at 6PM.
