This Tuesday, Protest The Hero is releasing the Sequoia Throne Remix EP exclusively on iTunes. The three-track EP features three remixes of the band’s current single created C0ndu1t, L-Ion, and Devin Townsend.

The band also announced a headlining Fall tour through the US where they will be accompanied by Unearth, The Acacia Strain, Whitechapel and Gwen Stacy. Vocalist Rody Walker said "we haven’t been touring the States too extensively in the past few years so it will be nice to be back for a legit tour… if not for the smokes and cheap booze alone.”

The band is in NYC on October 30th for a show at The Fillmore/Irving Plaza and here are the complete Fall '08 tour dates:
